Fans of the “Taxi” Air Jordan XII are eagerly counting down the days until their beloved colorway finally makes its long-awaited retail return later this year.
As time makes its inexorable march closer to their November 8 release date, some new and detailed images have emerged.
They feature a white ribbed leather upper with black, lizard print musguards( the shape of which is not quite right as they are a little too thin) on the lateral and medial sides. The Jumpman topped rear pull tab also reads “JORDAN QUALITY INSPIRED BY THE GREATEST PLAYER EVER.” The tongue reads “TWO3” and a Jumpman sits at its zenith.
The top two eyelets are gold-plated, while an overlay on the lateral side reads “JUMPMAN.”
Underneath resides a black and white midsole and black rubber outsole.
The “Taxi” Air Jordan XII are set to release on November 8 at nike.com and select retail venues.
